Fish and Live Pond Animals are shipped overnight via FEDEX or UPS

Tracking Numbers are emailed to customers so you may track the package with the carrier, to give you an idea of delivery.  Most deliveries are received before noon, but unfortunately we cannot control UPS or FedEx delivery times, so making sure you are available to receive your fish and acclimate them immediately is of primary concern.  We cannot be responsible for fish that are not received by the FEDEX or UPS driver and acclimated immediately.
